What's about?
Yesterday was my first run and my undoubtedly not good performance was due to a lot of things.
Low level equip (with no enchant yet!), a big interface bug after the crash that didn't show to me anymore the status of ALL raid members so it was really difficult clicking char-to-char to check them and, obviously, my newbieness for an instance and bosses i've never seen before.
Surely have to study some movies and guides.
However i saw other big problems for sure.
Too many afk (i declined a dinner outside with friends to play so i want the same seriousness from ppl), a not optimal raid composition and a general distraction.
Another importan thing is the lack of TS or Ventrilo.
This Sunday i'll work to get our dedicated server.
Another important thing. The loots.
Here there is a loot table with suggested class for every dropped item.
http://www.wow-loot.com/raid_kara.htmI suggest Master Looter give an eye to this loot table cause, till we use dk points, is actually really sad being ninjaed when the item is a primary one for yor class.
Now everyone can roll everything.
The Example of "Belt of Gale Force" is clear.
It was a MAIL Item for 1- Shaman Resto 2- Shaman Ele 3- Holy Pally.
I won the roll vs 2 pally but it would have been disappoint in case of a loss considering that the plate one ("Girdle of Truth" from Netherspite) is much better.
A raid is made of many players and a run without rewards isn't useless but always in favour of the guild.
We make Kara in order to allow guildmates to equip well for future instances and trials.
That's my opinion.
Put other suggestions. It will be useful for future runs.
